Despite the job occurring in our relatively small home, we were able to occupy the home each night. The workmanship, the attention to detail in every phase, was exceptional. The project concluded ahead of schedule with a walk-through inspection with them. No issues. Furniture was moved back in. Our home was clean and ready for us and ready for us to show our neighbors. I have been wanting to replace the carpeting in my two spare bedrooms with wood floors to match my existing wood floors that were installed 18 years ago. I had my husband call Kindred flooring and Rachel told him to send her a picture of our existing wood floors. About 15 minutes later she called him and said I'm sure I have something that will match very closely to the existing. The next day she brought out 3 samples so that I could look at them next to my existing wood floors and bingo I chose the one that was almost identical. She called the next day and said it was in stock, set up an install day and 12 days later my new wood floors were installed. They look absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Rachel was fantastic, very professional, as were the installers. She followed up on them, came to make sure we were happy and the floors were to our satisfaction.
If you are looking to install wood floors in your home I would highly recommend Kindred Flooring.

We looked at a variety of flooring companies, and although kindred wasn't the cheapest (although they were very reasonably priced) Rachel was the most informative. Rather than a sales experience, it felt more like a collaboration. Andrew was also very helpful as one would hope for in a family business. Installation went smoothly, and the floor looks beautiful. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful customer service! I needed some extra wood to match the existing one we have in our home. Rachel was super quick and efficient at getting me the info I needed, she set-up payment for us easily and set up will-call at the manufacturer. Within a few hours of calling her, we had the wood in our possession. She even referred me to a flooring installer since they are booked for the next month. He is doing our floors tomorrow. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Kindred Flooring and Rachel!!!
